Check this site out, NYC Mayor Bloomberg set up a new initiative called What If New York City...
Pretty interesting what he is doing, it is a design competition asking what would New York City do if it were a hit by a hurricane as catastrophic as Katrina. The design contest is built around creating housing solutions for the displaced residents of the city. Check out the site for more info, very informational and innovative thoughts that the Mayor is putting together.

September ONE Five Four Day
My friends BK and David Weintraub stopped by to get some new Five Four. I've been friends with David since our days at USC, glad to see him accomplishing what he set out to do.
Stopped by the "Intermix":http://www.intermixonline.com/ store for the opening of their new store on Robertson Blvd. in L.A. The coolest part of the store was the tree that was in the store. Apparently the tree was there before they started building the store, so they decided to keep the tree and build around it. Pretty impressive site to see.

Bizarre site at dinner tonight at El Compadre in Hollywood. There was a group of guys dressed up as Incas, but they all had high tech gadgets, but looked like they were from the 13th Century. Real crazy, I'm still confused. It was pretty funny though, we were all amazed at the site, meanwhile they were with a woman that looked like a pornstar. L.A., gotta love it.
