Happy Thanksgiving to everybody. Enjoy the special times with family, friends and most importantly with the food.

Everyone needs to rest up from the crazy partying that's been done this week, on vacation week. At least that's my case.

Went to lunch with The Hundreds yesterday. Didn't bring my camera with me, but EVERYBODY knows who they are. I'd like to show you a photo of them, but you can just go to their site and see photos of themselves all over the place!!! HAHAHAHAHA!

    Anyways, Happy Holidays!

Jay performed 7 cities in 24 hours, flying in his private jet city to city. He ended in Las Vegas. My friends Jon and David were right next to the stage, they said it was nuts too. Jon sent me these photos below from the show, hot ish! The Festivities Continue The Festivities Continue Went to check out a PS3 party last week in L.A. The new system looks dope! • Five Four All Over The Map

    November 14, 2006 0 Comments

Everyone knows Five Four is the coolest place to work in town. Just now before I uploaded this, there was an intense soccer circle going on.

Five Four All Over The Map Today was a fun day at the office as usual. One of my closest friends, Jon Alagem, stopped by. You may remember him from the Fall 2006 Five Four campaign or on "PerezHilton":http://www.perezhilton.com/. He was really fiending for some of the new Five Four jeans. Five Four All Over The Map He tried to get back into the Holiday campaign, he was begging to take some new shots... Five Four All Over The Map If you know Jon, you know he's never lifted a box in his life. I have the never before seen photos of Jon lifting a box! Five Four All Over The Map Woah there guy, we all knew he couldn't make it past 30 feet without a rest. Five Four All Over The Map He had to take a little stretch before getting into his car. Five Four All Over The Map It was also Christine's birthday today! Five Four All Over The Map If you all know KB, this quote makes perfect sense...this is what his English consists of: Five Four All Over The Map Five Four All Over The Map This past weekend was another crazy Vegas trip. Oli Trevena and I went up there Saturday morning to meet with his dad who had flown out from England. Also, a couple of our friends from L.A. joined us on Saturday night for a crazy night of partying. Of course, in good old form, Oli got stopped at the airport for his military pants. Everyone should know by now to not wear any combat type of pants through airport detectors b/c of the multiple snaps on them, always sets off the detectors. Another damn MALE ASSIST! Five Four All Over The Map We stayed at the Palms over the weekend, first time staying there. They just opened up a new tower there, so the rooms were still pretty new and fly. Five Four All Over The Map Since we got in early, we decided to hit up the mall for some shopping as well as some of the hotel shops. I stopped by Dior Homme and copped a new wallet and some cufflinks. Five Four All Over The Map None of us have ever gone to an oxygen bar, so we decided to try it out. Then they gave us scalp massages with this weird mechanism, it was pretty dope. Five Four All Over The Map Five Four All Over The Map We went to eat dinner at some Italian place at the Palms, I forget the name of it. The chicken was the shit. Headed to Playboy Club for a bit then headed to Tryst at the Wynn, one of the nicest designed clubs I've been to. For those of you that have been there, you know what I'm talking about. The place has some ridiculous waterfall in the club, it's crazy. We headed there with Oli's dad and friend, our friends from L.A. Rachel and Gloria and met up with our other friends Hillary and Lauren. It was destined to be a wild night. Oli and I were dressed to impress for the evening. Five Four All Over The Map Oli poses with Rachel and Gloria Five Four All Over The Map Oli poses with Lauren and Hillary Five Four All Over The Map After partying it up until 4am at the club, we headed back to the Palms for some evil vices...drinking and gambling. Around 6am, Gloria was feeling cold. In rare gentlemanly fashion, I gave her my blazer for her to wear. Five Four All Over The Map Super director Benny Boom stopped by the office last Friday... Five Four All Over The Map Last week we went to NYC for 2 days for some meetings, what a great trip. Everything was going our way...finally. We took the red eye Monday night out of LAX. Decided to get drunk and eat nachos before our flight. Five Four All Over The Map We got in early Tuesday morning and went straight to our showroom. On the same floor, is the Godfather of streetwear sales, Peter Mintz, linked to many successful brands including Red Monkey, Prohibit, Massive Revolution, Mecca and many many more. Five Four All Over The Map Carissa, our East Coast rep, was pretty bored during our pow wow w/Peter... Five Four All Over The Map Hours later we sat down with Izzy Ezrailson, owner of Up Against The Wall for a couple of hours. He went through our Spring line. Meetings with him always last long. He is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the game, every time we meet with him there's always a lesson to be learned. If there's anyone that we really truly truly respect and admire, it's him. Five Four All Over The Map We then headed out to dinner with him to Blue Ribbon in Soho. It's a favorite stomping ground of Izzy's, he ordered these great appetizers and desserts for the table. Ruth also joined us for both meetings, but she was a little camera shy this evening. I've never eaten beef marrow, but damn it was good. Five Four All Over The Map Then we headed over to dessert, this banana split was ridiculous. Five Four All Over The Map The night ended around midnight, we were exhausted after the long flight and day full of meetings. We were saving up for Wednesday. As soon as we woke up we headed out, but unfortunately walked back inside to get some umbrellas. It was raining bad, I mean really bad. Five Four All Over The Map We spent the day shopping and going to stores. Also met up with Merwin who does our Japanese distribution. Indian pow wow session. Five Four All Over The Map We started the night early at around 7pm, going to a long dinner with one of our associates. After the drinking fest we had there, we got ready and headed out and hit the NY nightlife. Hit up multiple spots and finally our night ended at Marquee. By this point we were all pretty messed up, so the only photo I managed to grab was of the one below. Anyways, it was a great time spent there. Five Four All Over The Map The day before we left for New York, we had songwriter Evan Bogart stop by the office. He's the guy that wrote Rihanna's S.O.S. song and countless other hits about to be on the radio. Look out for him. Five Four All Over The Map Also our main man Tony Johnson from Fred Segal stopped by to put in his Spring buy. Five Four All Over The Map Right before I left for NYC, I had to stop by one of my new favorite sushi restaurants in L.A., Sushi Wa. Five Four All Over The Map Our friends Perry, Nick Montealegre and Mikey Lev stopped by the office to jack some more gear. Nick's known to be the warehouse raider. Five Four All Over The Map Five Four All Over The Map I also paid a visit to the Marc Jacobs store in L.A. and went wild, I mean wild. Sometimes I have no self control. Five Four All Over The Map These ties are pretty gangster. Five Four All Over The Map Everyone should have a pair of cashmere socks in their collection, they are extremely comfortable. Five Four All Over The Map Their flip flops are dope. Have to always buy 2 of everything in white. Five Four All Over The Map This bag makes a good laptop bag. Five Four All Over The Map Their dress shoes are pretty fly. Not 1, 2...but 3 new fly pair of dress shoes. Five Four All Over The Map Five Four All Over The Map Five Four All Over The Map These are a must for every player's every day wardrobe. Velcro is back. Five Four All Over The Map Got them in white too. Five Four All Over The Map Lastly, I also went to my friend Jessica's wedding. Brian also was invited, so we went off for the festivities. The event was super plush and the night went well. Five Four All Over The Map The ceremony took awhile to begin, so Brian and I were pounding drinks on the low. Five Four All Over The Map You might've seen this animal on the blog before, but here Brian looks like a good religious guy. Five Four All Over The Map They straight up had an orchestra at the wedding, it was pretty fly. Five Four All Over The Map

    That's all.

I got a pleasant gift left on my desk this morning. It's great to have a light of hope in the midst of a crazy crazy week. We're shipping Holiday right now, getting in the last of our jeans, finishing our Fall '07 line which we are running late on, developing new washes for next Fall, Holiday and '08 and on top of that our womens designer just started this past Monday. There's a bunch of other shit that went down, but those are some of the notable high highs and low lows of the week. However, today had a bright spot.

J Dubb dropped off the following, boom blow check it out.

Complex Magazine Holiday 2006 Buyer's Guide. Five Four...brand on the come up.

Berry Berry Good Berry Berry Good Also, about 2 weeks we were featured in "DNR":http://www.dnrnews.com/site/, leading menswear industry mag. Berry Berry Good Berry Berry Good Got the new crackberry Blackberry Pearl sent to me compliments from the good folks over at T-Mobile. Getting used to it, I hate to be so accessible, but need it now. I don't think my fat fingers will get used to that tiny keypad. Berry Berry Good Paul from "SGV":http://www.whatissgv.com/ rolled through the office today, always a pleasure to see the Animal Chan. Berry Berry Good "Pinkberry":http://www.pinkberry.com/ is addicting, go cop the granola w/the strawberries. Berry Berry Good My friend David stopped by the office...he's a little too L.A. and doesn't like to be photographed. Long live the prin! Berry Berry Good Actor and up and coming mover and shaker, Omar Miller, stopped by the office this week. He was the host for the Five Four launch party over 4 years ago. You may have seen him in films such as 8 Mile, Get Rich or Die Tryin', Shall We Dance and shows like Law & Order and The West Wing. Berry Berry Good "Sick Puppies":http://sickpuppies.net/ also stopped by, check them out. Look out for them. Berry Berry Good Super photographer Eric Williams came by as well to discuss an up and coming campaign. Also stylist Renee Ben-Schmuel graced us w/her presence, always a ball w/her. Berry Berry Good Halloween is over...thank God. Davey here got a little out of hand w/his outfit, he decided to play out the part of Cleavis or whatever his character was for the day. Also, he wore no deodarant...not a good look. Berry Berry Good Berry Berry Good Christine decided to go as Da Brat, Funkdafied cutey pie gat by her side. Berry Berry Good We all headed down to Element, where Metal Skool was performing courtesy of Brian. This guy just looked funny dancing like a go-go dancer on top of a speaker. Berry Berry Good The one thing I love about Halloween is that girls get dress as slutty as they can, and I mean slutty. Below is a prime example. There were herds of girls like this on the streets, clubs, etc. Next here we have pervert extraordinaire, Brian Toll, looking at this awesome duo of god knows what girls dressed up, or barely dressed at all. Berry Berry Good Berry Berry Good Berry Berry Good

As you can see Brian was really enjoying these fine young ladies.

Look out people, Five Four invades NYC next week.

    Peace.
